  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City

Work Set-up & Shift: Night Shift & Hybrid Set Up

Your Role

Invoicing and Billing:

  • Prepare and send invoices to customers based on sales transactions or contracts.
  • Ensure accuracy in billing details, terms, and amounts.

Payment Collection:
  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.
  • Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Process incoming payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers, etc.) and update financial records.

Reporting and Account Reconciliation:
  • Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate recording of payments and adjustments.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between customer payments and invoiced amounts.
  • Prepare reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collection performance.
  • Assist in preparing month-end closing reports related to accounts receivable.

Customer Service:
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payment terms, and account details.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address billing or payment-related issues.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivables (invoicing, reconciling accounts, collections and vendor management).
  • Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal). Preferably with experience communicating with US Clients.
  • Preferred but not required: Experience in using QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, ConnectWise and Bill.com
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications specifically Excel.
  • Strong analytical, numerical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Has initiative and excellent time management skills to meet deadlines while having high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills, collaboration and partnering skills.
  • Amenable to Work on Night Shift.
  • Amenable to Hybrid Set-Up.
