Job Purpose:

  • Assist partners in generating new business to achieve defined SP targets in single pay AUM, fee income, and activation
  • Build and deepen relationships with partners to drive business
  • Help Identify clients’ financial goals and expectations and assist partners in selecting appropriate investment opportunities
  • Create and implement sales strategies / activities

Sales Management

  • Meet annual goals / budgets in assigned area/desk (portfolio)
  • Develop existing and new client relationships
  • Market a full range of Wealth Management products and services in a diversified manner to existing and new clients
  • Maintain communications with bank partners & clients to assess their needs and risk profile, advise on appropriate investment mix
  • Manage and monitor current portfolio to identify cross selling and upselling opportunities
  • Ensure product documentation including training modules and client presentation is at all times correct and appropriate
  • Maintain good level of knowledge of the Bank’s systems and regulatory environment

Partnership Management

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting JV relationship with bank partners by attending morning huddles and conducting monthly meetings to drive agreed strategies and review current performance.
  • Provide professional customer service to achieve high level of partner/customer satisfaction and retention by monitoring partner/customer feedback to ensure constant enhancement of service levels and efficiency
  • To drive collaborated actions for MBTC and AXA that will yield to a win-win result for both parties.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies/procedures and regulatory requirements, in particular with regards to the KYC responsibilities and duties, as per relevant policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor Degree / with Master’s Degree
  • At least 5-8 years work experience with a proven track record in investment sales
  • Preferably with experience in private wealth, private banking, or investment portfolio management of high net-worth clients of financial institutions.
  • Relevant banking experience
  • Portfolio Management & Risk Management
  • Licensed in SEC Fixed Income/SEC Equity/CIS/TCP is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. power point/excel)
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics and current investment trends.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude & strong influential skills
  • Availability to travel as needed
