Responsibilities:
- Conduct of needs analysis in client projects – from planning the diagnostic activities, implementing them up to preparation of final report.
- Design of programs specifically research of new content and activities.
- Development of activities and training materials – from workbooks to PPT visuals to case studies to structured learning exercises.
- Co-facilitation/ co-delivery of learning programs – e.g. lectures, structured learning exercises, icebreakers/ energizers, etc.
- Training Support: Managing the entire “learning experience” by ensuring proper planning and execution of learning activities from start-to-end of the program.
- Documentation of training session – actual schedule of activities, video-photo capture, trainer talking points, participants’ questions, etc.
- Creation of post-workshop reports.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Must haves:
- For Associate Level: At least 1 year of work experience in Training/ L&D. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- For Specialist Level: At least 3 years of work experience in Training/ L&D.
- For Officer Level: At least 6 years of work experience in Training/ L&D.
- Expertise in Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling of multiple projects/ tasks.
- Expertise in communicating, coordinating, negotiating, timeboxing of activities/ tasks.
