Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to existing and new suppliers to obtain stock lists of available IT equipment
  • Analyze stock lists and make competitive offers for desired items
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure favorable deals
  • Arrange logistics and deliveries for purchased equipment
  • Manage purchase orders and invoicing through the company’s ERP system
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, often handling strong accents or industry jargon

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in handling native British accents
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware components (processors, RAM, hard drives, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for record-keeping
  • Previous experience in procurement, negotiation, or sales
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple purchases simultaneously
  • Familiar with various IT systems and hardware

Scope

  • Work remotely but maintain consistent communication with the company
