- Full Time:40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm New York Time.
- Reach out to existing and new suppliers to obtain stock lists of available IT equipment
- Analyze stock lists and make competitive offers for desired items
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure favorable deals
- Arrange logistics and deliveries for purchased equipment
- Manage purchase orders and invoicing through the company’s ERP system
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, often handling strong accents or industry jargon
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in handling native British accents
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components (processors, RAM, hard drives, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for record-keeping
- Previous experience in procurement, negotiation, or sales
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple purchases simultaneously
- Familiar with various IT systems and hardware
- Work remotely but maintain consistent communication with the company
- Receive training on pricing strategies and the company’s ERP system
