Role Overview
- Administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS). This includes managing user accounts, uploading and organizing course content, and implementing system updates. The role also involves providing technical support to faculty and module developers, troubleshooting LMS issues, and escalating complex problems to IT support when necessary. - Managing and maintaining the unit's social media presence to ensure content is engaging, informative, and aligned with the unit's goals. The analyst will also explore and implement new strategies to enhance communication and collaboration through social media platforms.
- Managing the entire accreditation process for CPD events and activities with the PRC. Prepare and submit complete and accurate accreditation applications, monitor their status, and address any inquiries from the PRC. Ensure that all CPD activities meet the PRC's requirements for content, delivery, and assessment, maintain records of all activities and their accreditation status, and provide guidance to module developers on creating CPD-compliant activities.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive copyright compliance program for all learning modules and related materials. This includes conducting thorough copyright clearance reviews for all content (text, images, multimedia, etc.), securing necessary permissions and licenses, and maintaining accurate records of copyright ownership. The officer will also educate module developers and faculty on copyright law and best practices.
- Management of meetings, workshops, and training sessions for the Module Development Unit. The analyst will be responsible for all logistical aspects, including scheduling, venue selection, catering arrangements, and transportation. This includes preparing meeting materials, ensuring resource availability, and proactively communicating details to participants. The analyst will also attend meetings, accurately record minutes, and distribute them promptly to all stakeholders.
