  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing a team and the accounts that they will support.
  • Take full ownership for supervising, managing and motivating team members and ensure effective collaboration and to achieve goals.
  • Act as the performance improvement driver and inspire positive changes in people management.
  • Ability to articulate real time solutions for difficulties occurring during day to day operations like market penetration, payrate analysis for difficult to fill positions, device sourcing strategies for large projects.
  • Acts as an escalation point for matters concerning RPO operations.
  • Develop metrics, reporting mechanisms and continuous improvement strategies to effectively measure, track and report to goals.
  • Experience in modern trends in recruitment like social media and other free sources.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years of solid experience managing a team in an RPO environment managing multiple accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken & written.
  • Has strong Analytical skills and Leadership qualities.
  • Bachelor’s degree
