Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Specialist at OneBPO. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training. The role is located in Metro Manila but allows for some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

1. Proven expertise in hiring and recruiting top talent, particularly for financial roles (e.g., underwriters, analysts, risk assessors).

2. Excellent interviewing and communication skills to assess and engage candidates effectively.

3. At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on financial services hiring.

4. Proficiency in using a variety of recruitment tools, such as:

- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever)

- Job Boards & Sourcing Platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter)

- AI-Powered Recruitment Tools (e.g., HireEZ, SeekOut)

- Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) Systems

5. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.

6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment while meeting hiring targets. d environment
