Snapscale is seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing high-quality visual assets that support our marketing efforts across trade shows, digital campaigns, landing pages, email marketing, social media, and ad creatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of direct response marketing and be skilled at creating compelling visuals that drive engagement, lead capture, and conversions.

- Graphic Design for Trade Show Marketing
- Create booth graphics, banners, and signage for trade show events.
- Design interactive display visuals to engage attendees.
- Develop print and digital collateral (brochures, flyers, lead capture forms) aligned with our brand and messaging.
- Digital Marketing & Advertising Assets
- Design social media ad creatives for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Develop Google Display Ads and remarketing banners.
- Create animated graphics or GIFs for digital advertising.
- Landing Pages & Email Marketing
- Design conversion-optimized landing page assets for lead generation.
- Create email templates and marketing sequences with compelling visuals.
- Optimize visual elements for mobile and desktop responsiveness.
- Video & Multimedia Support
- Assist in creating visual elements for webinars and live events.
- Design YouTube thumbnails, video overlays, and animations.
- Edit and enhance trade show recap videos and promotional content.
- Brand & Content Consistency
- Maintain and evolve brand style guidelines to ensure uniformity across all platforms.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and sales teams to align messaging and visuals.
- Ensure high-quality visual storytelling that supports Snapscale’s marketing goals.
- Proven experience in marketing graphic design (Portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus).
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or other design tools.
- Knowledge of landing page builders (HighLevel, ClickFunnels, WordPress) preferred.
- Understanding of direct response marketing and funnel-based strategies.
- Strong typography, composition, and color theory skills.
- The ability to edit basic videos and create motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
