  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting a Project Manager (Project-based) on behalf of a renowned global leader in the confectionery, pet care, and food industries. This role will be in charge to understand new requirements and lead project management activities for Route to Market capabilities for SEA Region. Working setup is hybrid with office based in Taguig.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This Project Manager operates across assigned business segment, collaborating with MGS, Functional business partner and business unit stakeholders to deliver eRTM program according to company's project management standards and ensuring the following project stages are met:
  • Pre-project planning (when applicable). Engaged earlier in project phase it is expected the project manager to define strategic project objectives, expected benefits and value aligned to business strategic plan
  • Project concept & initiation activities. During C&I phase it is expected the support to conduct a thorough assessment to determine the feasibility and viability of the project
  • Project Execution and controlling. Oversee the delivery of project outputs and ensure their effective implementation
  • Project Closure Activities.
  • Within each one of the above stages, the PM will also ensure that proper documentation, communication and artifacts are being produced in accordance to company's PMX standards.
  • Exemplary Support Management: Serving as the linchpin of support service management, you'll uphold the highest standards in DT support. Acting as a central escalation point for business unit stakeholders, you'll ensure prompt resolution of issues and continuous improvement in service delivery, keeping our operations running at peak efficiency.
  • Portfolio Leadership and Oversight: This role plays an integral role in digital governance and portfolio management meetings, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. By overseeing the functional portfolio from a segment perspective, you'll guide our digital initiatives towards maximum impact and value creation

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience leading technical and functional projects
  • Knowledge of IT project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and/or relevant business area
  • Knowledge of specific Supply, Finance and Sales and Marketing is a plus
  • Knowledge on Financial basis for project budgeting and financial planning
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
