RedDoorz Account Management team is on a mission to make RedDoorz the most trusted brand technology-driven hotel management & booking platform.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and prospective partners
- Pursue new business opportunities with existing property partners
- Identify property partners’ needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Identify possible opportunities for upsell and cross sell of RedDoorz Brands, products and services
- Provide property partners with comprehensive RedDoorz products and services
- Meet revenue targets per property
- Ensure 100% property partner and client satisfaction
What you need
- Relevant experience in account and relationship management (1-2 years preferred, but not required)
- Calm, efficient, and able to work well under pressure
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
