  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications And Job Description
  • Experience in Assessment Writing, Instructional Designing, E-Learning Development
  • Experience in Wordpress and writing questions and upload to Google Workspace
  • Experience with GAMSAT (nice to have) and ability to understand the test and create materials to help the students
  • Creating Video Solutions
  • Review question banks
  • Research relevant materials to incorporate into new questions and develop high-quality questions
  • Ensure proper references to source materials
  • Strong understanding of assessment principles and best practices, including validity, reliability, and fairness.
  • Proficiency in using assessment authoring tools and item banking software
  • Develop and write assessment items: Create a range of valid and reliable assessment items that measure specific learning outcomes, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and fairness.
  • Align assessments with learning objectives: Ensure all assessment items are directly aligned with the intended learning objectives and curriculum standards.
  • Conduct item reviews and revisions: Participate in review sessions to evaluate and refine assessment items based on feedback from SMEs, psychometricians, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain item banks: Organize and manage assessment items within a database or item bank, ensuring proper tagging, categorization, and version control.
  • Adhere to style guides and quality standards: Follow established style guides, templates, and quality assurance procedures to maintain consistency and high quality in all assessment materials.
  • Research and stay current on assessment best practices: Keep up-to-date with current trends and best practices in assessment design and development, including new item types and technology-enhanced assessments.
  • Contribute to test development and validation: Support the development and validation of larger assessments, including test blueprints, scoring rubrics, and statistical analysis.

Work Schedule (Dayshift)
  • Monday to Friday (9AM-6PM; Manila Time)

Work Setup (WFH)
  • Permanent Homebased
  • Equipment will be provided by Outsourced
  • Candidates are expected to have a stable and reliable internet connection at home with AT LEAST 20MBPS for BOTH download AND upload speed.
