About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist with experience in the insurance industry. This role will combine both marketing and data analysis responsibilities, requiring a high level of proficiency in reporting, project management, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, technically proficient, and have a strong understanding of marketing within the insurance industry. A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing & Communications Support:
o Assist in coordinating and executing marketing strategies within the insurance industry.
o Ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables with attention to detail, ensuring all marketing materials are accurate and on-brand.
o Provide exposure to creative processes, working closely with creative teams while not being in a direct creative role.
• Reporting & Data Analysis:
o Generate monthly KPI reports and broker production reports, tracking performance across multiple metrics.
o Monthly KPI Report (13 report)
o Monthly top 11 Broker Production Report (1 report)
o Broker production Presentation Reports for Broker Meetings (Many Brokers, same format)
o Use reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI) to analyze and interpret data, ensuring reports meet the business needs of the insurance industry.
• Project Coordination & Administration:
o Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and reports.
o Support project teams in organizing and coordinating tasks to meet deadlines.
• Technology & Tools Utilization:
o Proficient use of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI) to create and analyze reports.
o Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign) and other design tools is beneficial.
o Exposure to tools such as HubSpot and Adobe Acrobat Pro (PDFs) will be considered a plus.
Technical Skills Required:
• Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, generating actionable insights for marketing and performance improvement.
• Reporting Tools: Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for reporting and presentation purposes.
• Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with the insurance industry, its products, and key metrics related to insurance marketing and broker performance.
• Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe InDesign, to support the creation of marketing materials.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all reports and marketing materials are accurate, free from errors, and meet high-quality standards.
