  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A full-time Project Manager/Creative Producer will be managing project timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the team.

With a strong background in video editing to join our team. In this role, The Project Manager/Creative Producer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end production of multimedia content, from concept to final delivery. You will collaborate with creative teams, videographers, designers, and stakeholders to bring compelling visual stories to life.

Adept at managing deliverables in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely delivery of engaging and polished video assets.

Oversee the pre-production, production, and post-production process, ensuring smooth workflow.

Core Functions

  • Manage the end-to-end production process, from pre-production to post-production with the Post Production Supervisor.
  • Manage the traffic of the editing schedule & publishing.
  • Contribute in weekly editing tasks to achieve team KPIs.
  • Adapt the script, storyboard, and plan visual treatments that enhance storytelling.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align content with creative and strategic goals.
  • Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Assist in organizing raw footage, maintaining video asset libraries, and managing file storage.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia Arts, other related fields OR an equivalent professional experience in the Post Production / Video Editing field
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Project Manager with a strong background in the post production process
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Video Editor for both online and offline output requirements
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in Google Suit software and applications
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment, receiving and applying feedback effectively.
  • Has basic copywriting abilities and good grammar
  • Has sensibilities for Asian and Pacific Islander content specifically for a US-based audience.
  • Has an idea of Streaming Platforms ( Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok etc. ) - File Formats and requirements for optimization of the material to be uploaded
  • Amenable to report onsite twice a week in our BGC, Taguig City Office
