Key Responsibilities:
Credit Evaluation & Risk Assessment
- Analyze credit applications and financial data to assess the creditworthiness of loan applicants. Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
Loan Application
- Processing Process and review loan applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of the information provided. Follow up with customers as needed to obtain additional documentation or clarifications.
Client Communication & Callouts
- Conduct outbound calls to loan clients to gather necessary information, explain loan terms, or resolve any issues or concerns. Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries.
Business Acumen & Process Improvement
- Suggest improvements in credit evaluation processes to increase efficiency and meet the company's business goals. Help identify and implement best practices that enhance overall loan operations.

- Proficient in MS Office applications. Proficient with basic computer functions, able to manage multiple systems and navigate through a Windows-based environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
