As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be a key contributor to the creative team’s print and digital design expertise, ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative across B2C and B2B channels. You will take ownership of end-to-end production for both print and digital assets, ensuring all materials are technically precise, visually engaging, and consistently on-brand.

You’ll work across B2C, B2B, Product, Corporate Comms, Internal Comms and any other teams and brands within the Domain Group.

Required Qualifications:

  • A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is desirable, though equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7+ years of professional design experience in a creative agency, studio, or in-house team.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in small-format print and digital design, with experience across social media assets, EDMs, display banners, web assets, and in-app visuals.

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience and proficiency in key design tools, including:
  • Strong capabilities in digital design using Figma, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator for creating platform-specific, user-focused assets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with monday.com
  • Expertise in small-format print production, including file preparation, pre-press setup, and color management.
  • Experience and/or strong interest in learning and exploring AI tools for image, video and design generation and operational efficiency
  • Familiarity with After Effects for basic motion graphics.

Leadership and Soft Skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process eciency and creative consistency.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive, with excellent communication skills across creative and non-creative teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment with a focus on speed and quality.

  • The candidate must be open to a 6-month contract, with the potential for a transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
