The Role
The Telesales Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Telesales Manager in Managing the daily operations of the Telesales Team to meet sales target and in line with the Company’s objectives and strategies.

The Role
The Telesales Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Telesales Manager in Managing the daily operations of the Telesales Team to meet sales target and in line with the Company’s objectives and strategies.
Ideal Profile
- A bachelor’s degree holder; college completer
- Energetic, dynamic and professional in actions.
- Proficient in English and Tagalog
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the same position, managing 50 personnel, preferably from insurance or the same business (beauty and cosmetics, herbal)
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate team members and communicate effectively with all levels in the organization.
- Experience in team management on system, good analysis thinking and figure oriented to evaluate
- Familiarity with start-up environment and excellent reportorial skills are preferred.
