Digital Marketing Specialist
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving online engagement, lead
generation, and website sales for IBIC Holdings and its subsidiaries. This position is fundamental to
growing our brand presence, optimizing digital strategies, and contributing to revenue growth. Your
specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Core Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:
Design, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns, utilizing various
channels such as social media, paid ads, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Develop and optimize strategies to increase online visibility, engagement, and conversions, while
ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
2. Website Management & Optimization for Sales:
Oversee and manage the company’s website, ensuring the content is up-to-date, engaging, and
optimized for user experience and sales conversions.
Work on web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor site traffic, conversion rates, and
identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the development team to implement necessary design or technical changes to
improve performance and user experience.
3. Lead Generation and Conversion Funnel Management:
Drive targeted traffic through digital channels and execute initiatives to attract high-quality leads.
Design and implement conversion funnels using landing pages, calls-to-action, and user
experience strategies to turn visitors into leads and customers.
4. Content Marketing and Social Media Management:
Develop and manage content strategies across multiple channels (website, blogs, email
newsletters, and social media platforms, including TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and
Twitter) that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
Schedule and optimize posts across all social media channels (LinkedIn, tiktok, Instagram,
Facebook, Twitter, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and audience relevance.
Specifically focus on TikTok to create engaging, viral content and capitalize on platform trends to
enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create visually
appealing and compelling digital content.
5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
Execute both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings and organic
traffic growth.
Manage SEM campaigns, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, optimizing for maximum ROI
through keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis.
6. Paid Advertising Campaign Management (PPC):
Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including Google Ads,
Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others.
Continuously monitor and optimize paid ad campaigns for cost efficiency, lead generation, and
increased ROI.
7. Analytics, Reporting, and Performance Tracking:
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts,
including website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
Provide monthly reports to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
based on data analysis.
8. Collaboration with Sales & Business Development Teams:
Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals.
Provide feedback to business development teams on market trends, lead quality, and areas for
improvement in lead nurturing strategies.
9. Brand Management and Digital Reputation:
Ensure that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.
Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation by responding to customer reviews and
