POSITION SUMMARY

The position of Appointment Setter takes a results-driven sales lead qualifier to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. In this role, the Appointment Setters are responsible for expanding a company's customer base by using prospecting strategies to identify prospects, book first time appointments, and fill the Sales Pipelines. These efforts will directly boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

  • Consistently adding new qualified leads to the Pipeline increasing monthly recurring revenue opportunities.
  • Schedule two qualified appointments daily. Introduce and hand off prospects to the Solutions Executive, vCIO/vCISO, and/or the Executive Team.

Measured Activities:

  • Number of meetings booked per day.
  • Talk time per day.
  • Outbound cold calls per day.
  • Cold emails and/or social media messages per day.
  • Grant Cardone Training: Live Sales Training and modules per day.

SECONDARY OBJECTIVES

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Identifying and qualifying prospective clients through research, networking, and cold calling to qualify leads and explain products and services offered.
  • Delivering pre-qualified sales leads to a Solutions Executive, vCIO/vCISO, and/or Executive Team.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule (Quotas are subject to change).
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports in HubSpot and ConnectWise.
  • Updating and maintaining customer account records, including contact names and numbers for future deals in HubSpot CRM.
  • Using marketing data to maximize solution effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales management tools and HubSpot CRM.
  • Aggressively following up on business opportunities.
  • Maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the Company in a positive manner.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Attending and representing the company at networking and tradeshow events.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative, appointment setter or appointment generator.
  • Familiar with CRM or HubSpot CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, speaking, walking, driving, and/or sitting.
  • All international employees must have the necessary equipment (e.g., laptop, headset, stable internet connection) to perform their job effectively.
  • International employees must have the ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST) business hours in the U.S. as required for their role.
  • International employees must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and an isolated workspace free from distractions to ensure productivity and confidentiality.
