Technical Skills

Experience:
Experience and Skill Level
- Typically has 5-8 years of experience in performance testing, with a proven track record in designing and implementing comprehensive performance testing strategies.
- Expert in integrating performance testing tools into CI/CD pipelines and optimizing processes for continuous performance assessments.
- Strong leadership experience, including leading and mentoring teams of performance engineers.
- Deep understanding of performance engineering concepts, bottleneck analysis, and optimization.
Scope of Responsibilities
- Leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance testing strategies across the SDLC.
- Manages the integration of performance testing scripts into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated and scalable performance assessments for all applications.
- Mentors and leads a team of performance engineers, ensuring they follow best practices and remain aligned with organizational performance goals.
- Collaborates with development, operations, and business teams to ensure performance testing processes are effectively embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
- Oversees performance bottleneck analysis, prioritization of issues, and drives optimization efforts across projects.
Complexity of Tasks and Supervision
- Manages complex tasks, including leading teams of engineers, defining testing strategies, and coordinating performance efforts across multiple projects.
- Works autonomously with significant decision-making authority, providing direction to the team and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
