Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new employees, helping them integrate into the company smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct new hire orientations, introducing company culture, policies, and role expectations.
  • Manage documentation, including compliance paperwork, tax forms, and benefits enrollment.
  • Organize and coordinate training schedules, ensuring new hires receive proper resources and support.
  • Set up new hire systems, tools, and software access in collaboration with IT.
  • Provide ongoing support to new employees, answering questions and fostering engagement.
  • Collect feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding process.
  • Regularly update the presentation deck and other onboarding materials.
  • Ensure effective coordination with the assigned HCBP in managing employees' 201 records.
  • Handle HR-related responsibilities when there are no new-hire orientation tasks.
  • Perform duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
  • Familiarity with BPO industry operations and employee engagement.
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or BPO preferred.
