We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resource to manage and enhance our HR systems and processes. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, overseeing HR system integrations, managing compensation and benefits processes, and supporting payroll and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee personal and employment data in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Recommend and support automation initiatives to enhance HR process efficiency.
  • Facilitate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes within the HRIS.
  • Manage employee leave requests, including maternity, paternity, and single-parent leaves, ensuring timely processing.
  • Oversee data migration and interface between HRIS and other systems such as payroll and learning management systems.
  • Lead HR system integration projects, working closely with different department to optimize user experience, oversee data migration, conduct system testing, and provide employee support.
  • Utilize SAP for ad hoc queries, batch uploads, and accurate data encoding related to employee movements, allowances, and personal information.
  • Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HRIS management, compensation, and payroll administration.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in job evaluation and benchmarking.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, SAP, and data management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across different stakeholders
  • Willing to render overtime if necessary
