Your Role And Responsibilities

A resilient Business Analyst with ADM skills is a non-technical domain functional consultant who has a strong understanding and working experience with the SDLC. They excel in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. They possess strong impact analysis and gap analysis abilities, effectively managing stakeholders and users while facilitating requirement workshops. Proficient in process and use case mapping, they analyze business cases and guide technical and vendor teams. The cornerstone of their skill set is exceptional communication and analytical skills, enabling them to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, with the ability to liaise between lines of business and the development team. It is important to note that data analytics, ETL, and business intelligence are not part of the job description

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Banking Experience
  • Has Experience in API Integration, Cloud Technologies & Digital Transformation using microservices.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in eliciting, analyzing & documenting requirements - business & technical
  • Capable of & conducting requirement workshops to facilitate discussions & gather comprehensive requirements from stakeholders.
  • Skilled in mapping business processes & use cases to ensure that system design & functionality align with business needs

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Excellent Communication Skills both written & Verbal.
  • Proven experience in managing stakeholders, and users.
