About the Role

As a Business Credit Card Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing products by identifying potential products, product requirements, specifications, and features. You will also be in charge of establishing the product launch schedule, budget, and plans. You will also be in charge of establishing the product launch schedule, budget, and plans. Coordinating with the sales unit to manage the customer acquisition strategy while developing corresponding marketing plans will also be your area of focus.

How you'll contribute

  • Implements improvements to card products, services, and processes of the Product team
  • Contributes technologies to the strategic direction of products & services taking into account the emerging and Legacy
  • Constantly monitors the performance of the acquisition programs to analyze opportunities for improvement
  • Devises regular and targeted campaigns to highlight each card product
  • Identifies, implements, and evaluates acquisition programs to support sales and profit objectives
  • Provides and keeps up-to-date product information, manuals and policies regularly to observe compliance to regulations

What we’re looking for

  • Must have 5 - 8 years of relevant experience
  • With background in Banking and Financial, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Sales-Corporate, Sales-Retail, Sales-Financial Services, Marketing / Business Development
  • Experience in product development, project management, sales, and marketing are required.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of credit card products and services and related financial and non-financial processes.
  • Has excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different key stakeholders.
