  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Summary
  • Ensures administration and compliance of all external service providers under the supervision of the Property Management Department
  • Conducts and maintains database of all external service providers, their documentary compliance and performs regular performance evaluations as well
  • Administers and maintains a database for the compliance of Bank-Owned properties to with regards to government permits and licenses
  • Assists the Consumer and Bank-Owned Property Section Head in coming up with recommendations on systems and procedures in the administration and compliance of bank-owned properties

How will you contribute?

  • Assists the Bank-Owned and Warehouse Management Section and Property Management Heads in monitoring, updating, and renewing the service agreements of all external service providers engaged by the Property Management Department of the Asset Management Support Division with regards to property administration, maintenance, and ownership enforcement

What will make you successful?

  • Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably a business-related degree
  • Knowledge in property management, architecture, engineering, and ROPA operations
  • Experience in banking, real estate, and property management operations
