A Performance Marketer to lead the full-funnel media strategy, planning and optimization in collaboration with the brand, marketing campaigns and social content teams. This role is expected to build a strong data-oriented media performance practice and be able to execute plans that are rooted in consumer understanding, deployed across the full range of digital channels.

Job Descriptions:

  • Strategize media investment guidelines across media channels and digital touchpoints against master performance KPIs benchmarks.
  • Improve channel performance via heavy A/B testing on all key levers to keep improving channel CTR and Conversions.
  • Provide recommendations as aligned with the marketing campaigns to amplify campaigns thru multiple channels and propose executions
  • Responsible for driving data-driven analysis and optimization solutions to scale partner performance during BAU and mega campaigns.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 4 years relevant e-commerce experience in digital performance marketing or media, on client or agency side
  • Experience in media and campaign planning, programmatic media with solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape
  • Performance-driven and direct-response minded when it comes to concepting and optimizing performance creative
  • Knowledge of digital media planning and buying on platforms such as Adwords, Facebook, DV360, 3rd Party Networks
  • Knowledgeable on SEM is optional but a good plus
  • Aware of the total digital ecosystem and channels, not just paid media in silo
  • Able to keep refreshing and evolving knowledge of digital marketing and advertising platforms
  • Highly adept at reading campaign data and finding opportunities to optimize
  • High level of Interpersonal Skills, Analytical skills, Presentation skills
  • Proven experience in managing clients and partners; persuasive interpersonal and verbal communication skills
