We are looking for a talented and creative Video Production and Content Specialist to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing interactive media and high-quality video content that showcases our innovative approach to mortgage lending services. You will work closely with our clients Head of Marketing to develop engaging videos that tell their brand’s story, highlight their heritage, people driven service and technology-driven solutions, and drive their messaging across multiple platforms.

Your Responsibilities
Create interactive media from scratch: Write, plan and edit high-quality interactive content for various platforms, including social media, YouTube, GML Website, GML Resource Centre, Advertising and targeted promotional campaigns.
Creative Conceptualisation & Storyboarding: Translate briefs into clear video concepts, creating storyboards for approval by the Head of Marketing, providing a clear vision and direction for the final content.
Production & Editing: Produce a wide range of interactive content, including graphics, social media posts, tutorials, educational videos, interview edits, webinars, podcast, short clips, promotional video content.
Pre-Production Planning: Collaborate with our clients Head of Marketing to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts that align with brand goals and messaging.
Technical Storytelling: Simplify complex topics like API integrations and mortgage technology into digestible, easy-to-understand video formats with graphics and animations for clients and partners.
Post-Production: Manage video editing, including colour correction, sound mixing, and adding graphics, animations, and After Effects where necessary.
Audio & Visual Integration: Ensure the seamless integration of music, voiceovers, sound effects, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
Project Management: Oversee the entire video production process from ideation to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and projects remain within budget.
Video Optimisation: Format and optimise videos for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and websites, ensuring adherence to platform-specific guidelines.
Quality Control: Ensure all videos meet the company’s quality standards, brand guidelines, and are technically sound before publication.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, video editing techniques, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
File Management: Organize and archive video files and footage for easy access and future use.
What Our Client Is Looking For
Proven Experience: 4 + years in video production, editing, and content creation with a strong portfolio. Able to work independently, bringing fresh, creative ideas that push beyond the typical corporate mindset to elevate and grow the clients high-end brand.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in multimedia software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent; advanced skills in audio editing, processing, mixing, and mastering.
Creative Skills: Strong eye for creative visual storytelling, composition, and attention to detail, with the ability to turn ideas into high-quality, engaging videos.
Graphic Design/Animation: Experience with motion graphics and animation tools essential (e.g., Adobe After Effects)
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, and maintain high production quality under tight timelines.
Communication Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills, taking feedback and incorporating it into final edits.
Attention to Detail Essential: Meticulous attention to quality control, ensuring video content is error-free and aligned with brand standards.
Education: A degree or certification in video production, multimedia, digital media, or a related field is preferred, with relevant experience.
