About the Role

Are you a highly motivated, and having an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives on taking ownership and making things happen? We’re looking for a C-Suite Executive Assistant & (HR Coordinator) to be the CEO’s right hand—someone who excels at organization, problem-solving, leadership and execution.

This is more than an assistant role. You’ll help manage HR functions like recruitment and employee engagement while driving progress across business and personal initiatives. Key Responsibilities

1. Ownership and Leadership:

• Take charge of tasks and projects, from planning to execution, ensuring they’re completed on time and at a high standard.

• Track tasks and priorities, following up proactively to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Act as the CEO’s second brain, solving problems and anticipating needs.

2. Administrative Support:

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, calls, and travel logistics.

• Handle internal and external communications, including emails and calls, prioritizing and following up as needed.

• Ensure alignment and timely communication across teams.

3. HR and People Operations (Preferred but not required):

• Lead recruitment, managing onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees, including employee engagement.

• Oversee HR policies, payroll coordination, and compliance.

4. Strategic Contribution:

• Think like a business leader—anticipate needs, identify opportunities for

improvement, and implement systems to increase efficiency.

• Provide insights and solutions to challenges, always keeping the CEO’s goals and

priorities in mind.

• Assist with business operations, property management, and investment-related

activities.

5. Personal Coordination:

• Coordinate personal commitments and events for the CEO, ensuring balance and alignment with professional priorities.

• Act as a trusted confidant who genuinely looks out for the CEO’s best interests, both

personally and professionally.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, preferably at the C-suite level.

• (Preferred but not required) HR experience, including recruitment and employee engagement.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
