Day1x.io is seeking a motivated, crypto-savvy individual to join our team as a Crypto Customer Success Specialist. We’re looking for someone who believes WAGMI, knows when to HODL, and is so passionate about crypto that their friends are tired of hearing about their altcoin bags and how many sats they hold.
At Day1x, your primary mission is to ensure customers have the best possible experience - whether you’re resolving issues, providing clear guidance, or gathering user insights that shape our evolving offerings. You’ll speak to customers in their own lingo because you’re just as passionate as they are. You’ll also support our growth marketing efforts by contributing to social media content, community engagement, and other low-cost initiatives that expand our user base and drive ROI.
By focusing on day-to-day customer success, you’ll keep customers satisfied and engaged - ultimately encouraging stronger word-of-mouth growth. Beyond that, your input on marketing activities will help introduce more people to Day1x.io, cultivating a loyal following without the need for hefty marketing spend.
Key Responsibilities
- Frontline User Assistance: Respond promptly to questions, troubleshoot problems, and guide users through account setup or key features, ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation: Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues, track resolution times, and follow up with customers for feedback.
- Data Collection & Feedback Loop: Document frequent user concerns and share insights with product and marketing teams for continuous improvement and retention strategies.
Growth & Marketing Support
- Social Media & Community Engagement: Help produce engaging content that resonates with potential and existing users, promoting trust and interest in Day1x.io.
- User Insights & Market Research: Identify emerging crypto trends and gather feedback from the community, contributing ideas for low-cost campaigns that convert.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track key support metrics, user satisfaction scores, and campaign outcomes, ensuring data-driven decisions for continuous growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of cryptocurrency concepts (e.g., trading, wallets, DeFi). With at least 2 years experience in related fields.
- Professional level English.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within tech, fintech, or a fast-paced digital environment.
- Strong communication skills - able to explain complex ideas in clear, concise terms.
- A solution-focused attitude - comfortable taking initiative, learning on the fly, and adapting to new challenges.
- Experience or interest in social media, or community management.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping a keen eye on quality and detail.
- The applicant must live in Manila and attend the office at least 2 times per week.
