The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Leader of Operations to lead and support our Healthcare vertical in RCM for Teleperformance Philippines. This role requires a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and extensive experience in managing large-scale operations. The Senior Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the operational strategy, driving performance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our healthcare clients.

The Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability in the Healthcare vertical.

• Lead and manage a team of operations managers and staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements in all operational processes.

• Oversee the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, including billing, coding, collections, and claims management.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational workflows and improve client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT, to align operational goals with business objectives.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, understand their needs and ensuring high levels of service delivery.

• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.

The Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in operations management within the BPO industry, with a focus on the Healthcare vertical and RCM.

• Leadership: Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• RCM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management processes, including billing, coding, collections, and claims management.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.

• Client Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business goals and drive operational excellence.

• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with healthcare information systems, billing software, and other relevant technologies.
