Job Description
Responsible for the overall lifecycle management of products including P&L management to ensure product efficiency, business returns, and customer satisfaction.
Product Management
- Develop product portfolio, ensuring strategy alignment and plan across categories to maximize value and minimize cannibalization
- Manage product portfolio inclusion/exclusion to maximize portfolio ROI and impact to the business’s customers
- Leads cross collaboration across commercial and tech teams
- Research – Define customer and business needs to conceptualize new product ideas (incl. features on existing products)
- Development - Develop and advise on product roadmap and innovation funnel, translating ideas into experience demands aligned to strategic intents
- Delivery - Maintain overview on time and budget working with product managers, project managers, and technical teams to manage costs i.e. make vs buy vs leverage capabilities
- Maximize - Monitor product performance i.e. ROI and develop improvements to address product defect issues and negative CSAT
- Retire - Identify existing products which are unviable and manage the process to exit the product from the market
- Spearheads collaboration between vendors, channel partners and other stakeholders
- Streamlines partner’s processes (e.g., sales) and minimize duplication within the business
- Evaluate partner’s performance against expectations and target goals

Professional Experience
- Typically 7–10+ years in product management or related roles, at least 3–5 years in leadership or senior product management roles
- Proven track record of working with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams
- Experience managing products through all stages of the lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond
- Experience in telecommunications is preferred
- A background in startups or entrepreneurship is a plus.

- Deep understanding of customer pain points and the ability to translate them into impactful product features

- Visionary thinking with the ability to define and execute a product roadmap
- Strong team leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.

- Experience with market research, user testing, and competitive analysis
- Financial Acumen
- Budget management and P&L, Profit and Loss, responsibility for products
- ROI analysis for product investments.
- Technical Skills
- Understanding of product development methodologies, Agile, Scrum, Kanban
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence
- Proficiency in data analysis and tools like Lookerstudio, Tableau, or Excel is preferred
- Problem-Solving Ability: Tackles complex challenges with innovative solutions
- Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Visionary Thinking: Identifies long-term trends and aligns the team accordingly
