- Monitors the performance of service providers to assure agreed service levels are consistently achieved by monthly reports, quarterly business reviews and customer/employee feedback
- Manages the meeting rooms to ensure smooth operations by maintaining a high standard of service.
- Maintains the room management system for reservations
- Keeps the system updated to employee divisions, work location, and their contact details
- Supports company events and VIP/sponsored functions to be held in company facilities
- Monitors, analyzes and reports expenses, forecasts and other financial related activities.
- Actively seeks process improvement opportunities and drive projects to accomplish them by capturing employee demands and creating new service offerings and environment
- Works with multiple priorities, handles several projects and collaborates across the organization
- Provides valuable inputs to influence direction of projects and systems improvement that is aligned to company policies and standards.
- Creates a positive work environment through employee engagement and resolve employee relations issues in a professional and timely manner
- Bachelor's Degree / 4-year Course graduate
- With 3-6 years of experience with Customer Service and/or Events Spaces Management
- Customer-oriented
- Highly organized
