Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive CRM Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM implementation, particularly with HubSpot, and a proven track record of setting up CRM systems from the ground up. The ideal incumbent would work closely with the commercial team and needs to own the ongoing optimization of the CRM. Reports to COO
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Implementation: Design and establish a comprehensive CRM system tailored to our business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing tools and processes.
- Automations and Sequences: Develop and implement automated workflows and sequences to enhance customer engagement and streamline internal operations.
- Data Management: Oversee the accuracy and integrity of customer data within the CRM, ensuring proper segmentation and utilization for targeted marketing efforts.
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to team members to maximize the effective use of the CRM system.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor CRM performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues related to the CRM system promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 - 5years of hands-on experience in CRM management, with a significant focus on HubSpot. Non-negotiable
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to set up CRM systems from scratch, including the development of automations and sequences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proactive Attitude: A self-starter with a go-getter mentality, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
