  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

UI/UX Designer

LegalSight is a fantastic company that develops software for a broad range of legal and business functions. We have a distributed team of fun, energetic, and capable developers working on a variety of really cool projects!

LegalSight is looking for a UI/UX Designer who is a self-starter and intelligent team player with a can-do attitude and ability to solution & design for complex web applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain Style Guides.
  • Translate hypotheses into concepts (and occasionally requirements) into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.
  • Help develop design specifications and proof-of-concept solutions in response to business needs.
  • Produce solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps.
  • Incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams (product, development, sales, operations, etc.).
  • Communicate solutions to other international design team members to collaborate on designs and flows.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ of experience working in Figma.
  • Experience working with online whiteboarding and project management software.
  • Strong background in iterative design.
  • Able to build and use design systems via asset creation & maintenance.
  • Able to re-create pages from screenshots when needed.
  • Able to incorporate the related tasks for different user groups (Project Manager, Vendor, Clients, Sales, System Administrators).
  • Able to push out uniform design patterns across software.
  • Experience taking products from concept through launch.
  • Loves UX & Design, and their corresponding research and methodologies.
  • Takes initiative in researching and finding design assets.
  • Willingness to learn about and work within our software and unique business process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Design Library Creation, Organization, and Maintenance a big plus.
  • Comfortable in the face of ambiguity, ability to visualize and create explorative designs when requirements are limited.
  • Previous experience working with B2B systems is a plus.
  • Previous experience designing web applications with complex data visualizations, dashboards and reports are a plus.
  • Can balance minimum viable product, fully polished features, and organically grown solutioning.
