Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in expanding Mapletree Media’s reach by nurturing relationships and converting prospects into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate qualified leads through various channels such as outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Sales Management: Develop and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a seamless and positive client experience, acting as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand clients' needs and propose tailored solutions from Mapletree Media’s range of services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution.
  • Sales Reporting: Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, and account management, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex sales cycles.
  • Strong skills in customer satisfaction and client relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand digital marketing services, including SEO, social media, website development, and branding.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
