About the Role
As a Sales Representative – Closer, your primary mission is to convert incoming leads into successful sales. You’ll leverage your persuasive communication style, deep customer empathy, and impeccable sales strategies to exceed key performance metrics— including closing rate, conversion rate, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Close Sales & Drive Revenue: Convert inbound leads into sales with a relentless focus on meeting and surpassing targets for closing rate, conversion rate, and revenue growth.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or solutions, maximizing value for both the customer and the company.
- Build Trust & Relationships: Deliver exquisite customer service by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Maintain CRM Integrity: Utilize CRM tools to document leads, track interactions, and manage a robust sales pipeline efficiently and accurately.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, product availability, and overall client satisfaction.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with product offerings, industry developments, and competitor strategies—particularly within technology, manufacturing, and computer electronics.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales success with a strong emphasis on closing deals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage incoming leads to close sales and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms to track leads, forecast sales, and manage customer relationships.
- Advanced verbal and written English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and adept at overcoming objections in a fast-paced environment to build trust and rapport quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with semiconductors, computer electronics, or a distributor business model.
- Comfort discussing technology-related solutions, supply chain, or manufacturing requirements.
Additional Information
- This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
- You must be comfortable working heavily over the phone to close deals.
