Key Responsibilities:

  • Debug and resolve technical issues using SQL/PL-SQL in a live or test environment.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot web applications, ensuring smooth functionality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, and Product Support, to deliver timely solutions.
  • Support deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of applications on various platforms.
  • Provide detailed technical support for customers via multiple communication channels.
  • Document solutions and contribute to building knowledge bases for future use.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve processes and tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • SQL/PL-SQL expertise: Hands-on experience in writing and debugging complex queries.
  • Web application knowledge: Solid understanding of web application architecture and troubleshooting.
  • Java proficiency: Familiarity with Java development and debugging.
  • Data flow understanding: Ability to trace and analyze data flows within systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Linux experience: Exposure to Linux/UNIX systems and basic shell scripting.
  • Background in Development, QA, or Product Support for enterprise or SaaS applications.
  • Familiarity with tools like Tomcat, WebLogic, or other application servers.
  • Understanding of application logs and monitoring tools for root cause analysis.
