The Data Analyst for HR & Administration primarily provides administrative and organizational support to the US HR client which includes data collection, report-creation, formatting, and the development of recruitment materials. This key position supports recruitment activities, such as resume screening and pre-qualification, and manages HR documentation and reports.

Secondarily, the DA performs research, data processing, as well as administrative and clerical duties to support the Department’s daily operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Quickly accumulates knowledge and expertise in the services provided to US Clients to successfully deliver extension-office BAUs.
  • Liaises with US clients on job refreshes, organizational chart revisions, movements, and the like to help ensure effective staff monitoring.
  • Assists with content creation for US HR recruiting efforts.
  • Refreshes job postings in recruitment platforms to ensure exposure to potential talent and to keep an optimal flow of applicants.
  • Sends Employee Spotlight emails to introduce the new employee(s).
  • Develops and improves documentation (e.g., Employee handbooks, updating Job Descriptions, Recruitment and Hiring Process) for compliance and reporting.
  • Performs data processing tasks for US Clients, that would include data analysis, tabulation and entry, to ensure operational continuity when necessary.
  • Assists in research activities to expedite data gathering needed for the Department’s various support areas (e.g., for Marketing or Proposals).
  • Manages holiday notifications to support work and capacity planning.
  • Schedules meetings with US Executives to ensure organizational updates are cascaded on a quarterly basis.
  • Performs various admin tasks to ensure that he Department’s requirements are provided in a timely manner,
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations.
  • Ensures compliance of all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and all other audit findings within the prescribed period.
  • Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years of administrative assistant or related writing, data entry, human resources or research experience.
