Information Technology Application Support
Main task of an ITA – Application Support
a. Monitor submission of files and recover files if needed.
b. Troubleshoot technical and application issues
c. Support roll-out of new applications
d. Conduct systems testing of applications solutions
e. Create written documentations.
f. Use of excel to validate data accuracy and comparisons
Education and experience required in this role:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or any relevant field.
· Expertise in Excel

5. Proficiency in Microsoft, Windows, Linux is a plus
6. Experience in tech support, desktop support or similar role is a plus
