Strata Admin Assistant
Are you experienced in the Australian market and knowledgeable in the strata industry? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our Strata Manager with a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Duties:
- Entering invoice and insurance schedule data accurately
- Organizing, uploading, and maintaining documents following naming protocols
- Preparing meeting agendas, taking detailed minutes, and distributing action points
- Responding to emails and coordinating correspondence with clients and stakeholders
- Assisting with scheduling and calendar management for the Strata Manager
- Monitoring and updating internal databases or trackers as needed
- Conducting basic research or data gathering related to strata properties
- Supporting the preparation of reports and compliance documentation
What You’ll Need:
- Solid experience in administration within the Australian strata industry (essential)
- Proficiency in StrataMax, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A positive, bubbly personality with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools
- Knowledge of general strata processes, property management, or similar industries (preferred)
