The Company Operates In Two Core Areas

  • Strategic Brand Partnerships – Collaborating directly with suppliers and established brands to expand their presence and maximize sales on Amazon.

About The Role

As an Amazon Account Manager, you will take on key areas within Amazon Seller Central, including account health management, product listing optimization, performance analysis, and multi-marketplace logistics. You will be instrumental in driving data-informed strategies to enhance product visibility, maximize sales, and ensure compliance with Amazon’s evolving policies.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in Amazon Seller Central, logistics and fulfillment, and multi-marketplace management, as well as proficiency in tools like Helium 10. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and Maintain Account Health – Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, resolve performance notifications, and proactively address any issues affecting account standing.
  • Listing Management & Creation – Optimize, update, and create product listings with accurate content, keywords, and images to enhance visibility and conversions.
  • Data-Driven Analysis & Decision-Making – Support performance tracking, analyze key metrics, and assist in making data-backed decisions to improve sales and profitability.
  • Seller Central Administration – Handle various operational tasks within Seller Central, including inventory updates, order management, and case submissions.
  • Logistics - Amazon shipment creation and providing labels to suppliers
  • Reconciliation - Check and chase inventory from shipments, record and update purchase order spreadsheets to ensure accuracy
  • Product Information Database - ownership and management of product information - prices, dimensions, etc

Competencies & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • At least 3 years experience working with Amazon Seller Central and understanding of its tools and policies.
  • Background in shipment and logistics management on Amazon, including order fulfillment, tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Experience managing multiple geography marketplaces on Amazon.
  • High-level proficiency in using Helium 10 for product research, keyword optimization, listing analysis and creation.
  • High-level proficiency in using Google Sheets for data management, analysis and reporting

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in the clothing category, including knowledge of size variations, material attributes, and fashion trends.
  • Basic Graphic Design – Edit and update design templates for product images, A+ content, and marketing materials as needed.
  • Experience of Amazon Global Logistics.
