Test Manager - CRM | START ASAP
Basic function
Preparation of Functional, Automation and Performance Test Plan, Test strategy documents, Test traceability matrix. Effort Estimation and planning of test case execution and Dashboard preparation. Defect tracking, Defect analyzing, Report generation and Defects triaging and preparation of RCA. Review of Test Strategy document, Traceability matrix and Test cases. Responsible for Test Certificate and Test Closure Document.
Roles & Responsibilities
• The role is accountable for leading, developing and ensuring the effective running of the Testing Team and Test Management Office.
• Ensuring the appropriate processes, controls which are in place are being adhered.
• Develop or assist in developing strategic/tactical testing deliverables such as Test Strategies & Plans.
• Perform requirements analysis and quality risk analysis.
• Monitor and report test progress & status to project management and stakeholders.
• Oversee the development of test conditions/scenarios and traceability matrices for multiple teams.
• Lead and coach manual testing analysis and design.
• Develop Automation strategy to support regression testing based on the technical analysis, complexity and reusability.
• Monitor and report test progress & status to project management and stakeholders.
• Oversee the identification and preparation of test data.
• Manage tasks and assignments of team members.
• Monitor and manage completion of assigned testing scope and deliverables.
• Maintain solid understanding of software testing best practices, methodologies and terminology.
• Act as a mentor for test team members and provide performance feedback.
Qualifications:
- Must have minimum 8 years experience as TEST MANAGER
- Must have CRM experience (Salesforce, MS D365, etc.)
- Must be open to work on FULL ONSITE IN ORTIGAS
- Must be available to START ASAP
