Medical AI Workforce Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Medical AI Workforce Coordinator to source, onboard, and maintain long-term engagement with medical professionals participating in our annotation projects. The key challenge in this role is ensuring the consistency and reliability of part-time professionals who already have demanding clinical responsibilities. Your role will be crucial in not only recruiting but also fostering strong professional relationships to optimize engagement and delivery quality.
Responsibilities

· Onboarding & Training: Guide new recruits through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand project requirements and quality expectations.
· Engagement & Retention: Develop strategies to keep professionals consistently engaged, ensuring steady contributions without disrupting their main medical roles.
· Performance & Quality Monitoring: Track performance and availability, addressing potential drop-offs and maintaining quality control.
· Relationship Management: Maintain active communication with medical professionals, addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and providing support to enhance their experience.
· Scheduling & Workflow Coordination: Work with project managers to align workforce availability with project deadlines.
· Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Address issues such as low commitment, fluctuating availability, or quality inconsistencies, ensuring stable project execution.
Qualifications
· Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or workforce management, preferably in healthcare, AI, or clinical research sectors.
· Understanding of medical professions and workflows (experience in medical staffing, health tech, or clinical coordination is a plus).
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
· Experience in freelance or part-time workforce engagement is highly desirable.
· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address workforce challenges.
· Ability to juggle multiple priorities and coordinate across different time zones.
What We Offer
· The opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects with leading medical professionals.
· A dynamic and flexible work environment.
· Competitive compensation based on experience and performance.
· A chance to build and scale a unique talent network in the AI-medical space.
