Job Summary:
Responsible for providing analytical support for the contracts and vendor management functions of the Shared Business Services (SBS). Processes the Group’s requisitions and payments, prepares various related reports, handles contracts and vendor management, and performs other tasks to support IT services and the approved annual work plan of the IT Shared Services Group (ITSSG).
How will you contribute:
- Prepares periodic reports and related ad hoc reports.
- Takes part in financial/contracts analysis activities, as needed.
- Validates IT-related transactions to ensure applicable controls and requirements are being followed and complied with.
- Consolidates yearly budget forecast of the group.
- Maintains files for monitoring and tracking of IT expenses.
- Ensures that new contracts comply with defined minimum requirements.
- Maintains files for monitoring and tracking IT contracts.
- Monitors status of technology-related contracts and coordinates with concerned IT units on expiring contracts.
- Recommends improvements on internal controls, as necessary, for process efficiency and effectiveness.
What will make you successful:
- College Degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Management, Finance
- Preferably 3-4 years of experience in the banking industry
- Has experience in Banking principles, terminologies, products, policies and procedures, IT principles and processes
- Knowledge of Contracts/Vendor Management and accounting and Finance Proficient in office automation tools
