We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to create engaging content focused on real estate and homeownership, with an emphasis on financial equity, Black history, and homeownership opportunities for minorities. What You’ll Do
- Plan, develop, and implement multi-platform marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with objectives and budget.
- Maintain and manage the marketing program calendar and budget while ensuring timely execution.
- Oversee digital assets, including websites, marketing databases, social media, and third-party platforms.
- Drive efficient customer acquisition strategies and implement retention efforts that maximize customer engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs to optimize marketing performance and inform future strategies.
- Continuously grow and optimize email and content marketing efforts through best practices, A/B testing, and creative content.
- Forecast, measure, and analyze the impact of marketing activities
- Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of marketing experience with proven success in working with U.S. based clients.
- MUST be proficient with Canva and other design tools
- HubSpot experience preferred for post scheduling
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong strategic and creative thinking with a passion for storytelling and brand engagement.
- Customer-obsessed mindset, with a drive to create best-in-class marketing initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills – highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, etc.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
