  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Director of FP&A (FMCG)

The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for driving the company’s financial strategy, planning, and analysis to optimize profitability and ensure financial sustainability. This role oversees the company’s operating budget and capital expenditures while providing commercial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to enhance business performance.
  • Identify and monitor key financial KPIs to drive informed decision-making.
  • Provide financial insights, assess trends, and highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely management reporting for sales, capital, and operational expenditures.
  • Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and brand teams to provide financial guidance.
  • Develop and implement robust budgeting policies and financial controls.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
  • 8–10 years of FP&A experience, FMCG background is a must for this role
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and performance management skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, provide insights, and influence decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
