Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Book calls into the company’s system using Service Titan software
  • Perform heavy data entry tasks across multiple systems
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, including one night per week (8 PM to 8 AM) and every other weekend
  • Monitor emails during on-call shifts for service partner emergencies
  • Dispatch technicians for after-hours emergency calls from service partner members
  • Utilize G Suite for various administrative tasks
  • Manage customer information and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone-based support
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to work with multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Service Titan software (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in G Suite applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for home-based work
