To develop and utilize the digital marketing campaigns from various ranges of technique including paid Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-per-Click (PPC); Overseeing the redesign management, maintenance and monitoring the company website and social media account/s.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning Web, SEO/SEM/PPC, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
  • Design, build, maintain the company’s website and social media presence; measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns;
  • Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the Marketing, and other members of the support team and vendors to launch campaigns on time on and on budget;
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals ( KPI);
  • Conceptualize, create content and recommend new and enhance existing concepts for the improvement of the brand (e.g online campaign);
  • Ensures that paid bloggers is being maximized by the company by enhancing strong and existing relationship;
  • Create new blogsite per month that will add positive review to the brand;
  • Ensures that the company get value for digital marketing expenditures;
  • Brainstorm, plan, execute, optimize and measure new and creative growth strategies and conversion points;
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Evaluate and provide emerging technologies, leadership and perspective for adoption;

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM/PPC, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns;
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels;
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments;
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends);
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools;
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns;
  • Has experience in optimizing Tiktok Ads and Facebook Ads;
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints;
  • Strong managerial, analytical and data-driven thinking skills;
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
