To develop and utilize the digital marketing campaigns from various ranges of technique including paid Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-per-Click (PPC); Overseeing the redesign management, maintenance and monitoring the company website and social media account/s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning Web, SEO/SEM/PPC, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
- Design, build, maintain the company’s website and social media presence; measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns;
- Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the Marketing, and other members of the support team and vendors to launch campaigns on time on and on budget;
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals ( KPI);
- Conceptualize, create content and recommend new and enhance existing concepts for the improvement of the brand (e.g online campaign);
- Ensures that paid bloggers is being maximized by the company by enhancing strong and existing relationship;
- Create new blogsite per month that will add positive review to the brand;
- Ensures that the company get value for digital marketing expenditures;
- Brainstorm, plan, execute, optimize and measure new and creative growth strategies and conversion points;
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Evaluate and provide emerging technologies, leadership and perspective for adoption;
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM/PPC, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns;
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels;
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments;
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends);
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools;
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns;
- Has experience in optimizing Tiktok Ads and Facebook Ads;
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints;
- Strong managerial, analytical and data-driven thinking skills;
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
