Position: Analyst, FG Export Transport Pre-Shipment and Documentation

Job Purpose: Responsible on providing guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the team aiming on achieving a key result or group of aligned results. Serves as a steering wheel to the group who are working towards the same goal for the organization. Monitors the quantitative and qualitative achievements of the team, focused on solving problems and report results to a Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Closely works with Transport CY Operations for the accuracy of the provided details for exportable.
  2. Review process and systems and adjust requirements to improve deliveries
  3. Delegating tasks and set deadlines for the team to guarantee no drop shipment
  4. Oversee day to day operations
  5. Works closely with PEZA & BOC to ensure approvals are within cut offs
  6. Resource planning to ensure continuity of processes.
  7. Ensure all export documents are accurate and submitted on time
  8. Monitoring of documentation per vessel (AEDS, Rider, BOC approval & ED submission to port operator)
  9. Review process and systems and adjust requirements to improve accuracy and efficiency.

  12. Review process and systems and adjust requirements to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  13. Coordinate regularly with PEZA, BOC, Post Documentation (ISDT), Shipping Lines & Port operator to ensure proper documentation of shipped volume
  14. Reduce customer complaints on shipment documentation.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of any 4yr-course, preferably in business or customs administration.
  2. Proficient in MS Office applications.
  3. Knowledge in PEZA and BOC requirements.
  4. Knowledge in export documentation requirements.
  5. Knowledge in port operations.

Qualified candidates must be willing to work in Bugo, Cagayan de Oro.
