The Role

Responsible for the admin support of Destination Managers and a Regional Manager in an assigned geographical area. The Destination Coordinator takes responsibility for administrative aspects and supports the DM/RM on commercially related tasks, helping to ensure G2 Travel has the most competitive offering.

The role is based in Bucharest and reports into a Regional Manager.

Key Activities:

  • Run commercial reports as requested by DM/RM;
  • Assist with business trip planning (budgets, expenses, reports);
  • Register approved leave/business trips;
  • Run/Update monthly reports (Allotment, Kick-outs, Closed-outs etc.);
  • Update Hotel Target Lists;
  • Update Fair/Event files (and system on quote/net fair rates);
  • Assist with training initiatives as required;
  • Investigate and deal with accounts/purchase orders and data in-tray queries;
  • Assist with credit applications;
  • Monitor unapproved contracts;
  • Monitor central e-mail and send relevant information to corresponding DM;
  • Run/Update room nights guarantee reports;
  • Check commercial contracts prior to approval by RM;
  • Assist with DM projects as requested by RM.

  • Hotel Data / Data Loading

The Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and efficiently with the team;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Driven to succeed with a professional ‘can do’ attitude and work ethic. Able to work to deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with robust verbal and written English;
  • Proficient at evaluating and analysing data;
  • IT proficiency including a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
