Louis Vuitton Philippines is seeking a full time In Store Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Greenbelt.

As an In-Store Visual Merchandiser (VM) for Louis Vuitton, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the VM implementation on all product categories. You will support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the Client experience in store.

Job responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

STORE AND MERCHANDISING RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan and roll-out all product rotation according to the VM calendar in collaboration with the Country VM lead and the store management team.
  • Collaborate with the Store Director/Manager and Product specialists on Business issues (Sales trends, new launches, new collections) and on VM issues (permanent and seasonal VM guidelines)
  • Ensure a high level of maintenance through a strong presence on the floor and frequent training of the store teams
  • Pro-actively support the stores in setting-up their events, maintenance & any special requests

Windows Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Country VM lead and the local suppliers for the window and backlight installations,
  • Manage the window product change for every rotation.

Operational Responsibilities
  • Ensure store environment is maintained to its highest luxury standards.
  • Manage the reordering of props and cleanliness of in-store storage area

Profile

Required Profile
  • Visual Merchandising background is essential with a minimum of 3 years experience in a retail environment and in store
  • Proven experience in driving the VM dual mission of Brand image support vs strategic sales contribution for multi category Fashion Brands, including RTW
  • High proficiency in MS office applications – Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop and/or related applications
  • A strong business partner to the Store Management Team
